- Lories and lorikeets are at least Appendix II. Appendix I: Red-and-blue Lory Eos histrio and Ultramarine Lorikeet Vini ultramarina. Every lory needs MOCCAE registration. CITES lists the whole order Psittaciformes in Appendix II except Agapornis roseicollis, Melopsittacus undulatus, Nymphicus hollandicus and Psittacula krameri (Species+ annotation).
